I switched agents to Jacobo Akle State Farm agent. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and introduced to Jacobo and his staff. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I did not feel like a policy number as from my other Whose location has no parking other than a busy street curbside parking is almost impossible to get a hold of the agent himself.
